Mr. Goldstein is Board Certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has also been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” of the Hudson Valley.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Dutchess County Bar Association and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been a delegate with the New York State Bar Association, and a Past President of the Dutchess County Bar Association.

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to the New York State Bar, Florida State Bar, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.




Ms. Goldstein, a Top 40 Under 40 Award winner, former president of the Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association, and current vice president of the Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association, graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2007. While attending law school, Ms. Goldstein also worked part time for a New Jersey personal injury firm. At Rutgers, Ms. Goldstein participated in the Pro Bono Legal Program assisting clients in Bankruptcy proceedings, she was a teaching assistant for first year Contracts classes, and was a member of the Hunter Moot Court Board. At graduation, she was awarded the Don D’Agui Memorial Award for demonstrating excellence in the law of Torts.

Ms. Goldstein is admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, and the Pennsylvania State Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
