Lindsey Goldstein is admitted to the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania Bars; and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Goldstein graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2007. While attending law school, Ms. Goldstein also worked part time for a New Jersey personal injury firm. At Rutgers, Ms. Goldstein participated in the Pro Bono Legal Program assisting clients in Bankruptcy proceedings, she was a teaching assistant for first year Contracts classes, and was a member of the Hunter Moot Court Board. At graduation, she was awarded the Don D'Agui Memorial Award for demonstrating excellence in the law of Torts. Following law school, Ms. Goldstein clerked for a New Jersey Superior Court judge. She then worked for a small firm in New Jersey, before returning home to Poughkeepsie to join her father in his practice and forming Goldstein & Goldstein, Esqs.
